I continue to follow all hygienic best practices, including running a HEPA filter,

open windows, fresh linens, and sanitizing all surfaces between appointments.

My Philosophy

I help people find a sense of ease and enjoyment in their bodies through

Therapeutic Deep Relaxation.

When we allow our bodies and minds

to indulge in relaxation,

we open the door for physical

and mental change.

While I welcome all people to my practice, I particularly enjoy working

with people living with chronic issues

such as restrictive scars, joint stiffness,

postural imbalances, chronic pain,

anxiety, and insomnia.

It is important to me that all bodies in my studio are treated with respect and kindness. I do not comment on anyone's physical appearance, beyond bringing attention to areas of restriction.

I am body positive. I believe all bodies can and deserve to feel good and at ease. My hydraulic table safely holds 500 pounds and I use a variety of cushions, extenders, and pillows to maximize feelings of comfort and support.

My practice is trans and LGBTQIA+ affirming.

It is an honor to be a trusted partner in gender-affirming care.

I have experience working with folks age 4-75, though most of my clients are 30-65 years old.

Service Rates

We offer massage therapy sessions in 60, 90 and 120 minute lengths.

Longer sessions are available to existing clients upon request.

Sessions are sliding scale; everyone deserves access to massage, regardless of their income.

The price you pay is your decision and can vary each session.

Payment does not affect the quality of your treatment.

Gift Certificates

Give the gift of relaxation!

Gift certificates are available for purchase online and may be emailed to

you or the intended recipient. If you would like a physical gift certificate,

just let me know and I'm happy to send one your way!

Therapeutic Modalities

Myofascial Facilitation

uses very slow movements and

sustained pressure to help the

body release long held tension

patterns and re-establish balance.

This anatomically precise style

is very beneficial in supporting

joint health and alignment.

It often induces a sense of deep relaxation, calming the body and mind, similar to the effects

of using a weighted blanket.

Scar Tissue Remodeling

is a gentle way to stretch and

release scar tissue. Scars often

affect the body in both obvious and subtle ways. The benefits of this work include: greater freedom of movement, improved range of motion, increased energy, less sensitivity or numbness, scar integration (no longer feels like there is a “spotlight on it”), as well as aesthetic improvement.

I utilize the gentle and effective McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release. You can learn more about this technique here.

Swedish Massage

is what folks often imagine

when they think of a typical massage session. This style includes the use of lotion,

gliding and kneading techniques, and varying pressure to reduce muscle soreness and leave the body feeling refreshed.

A lifelong believer in the healing power of touch,

I became a licensed massage therapist in 2018. It is such a pleasure and an honor to spend my days helping folks find more ease in their bodies. I love studying anatomy, learning new techniques, and becoming more precise in my craft.
